“Where do I begin? At the point of sale, Elle was quick to reply to my correspondence.  I had two portraits completed of my dog, Nikita. She asked insightful questions to help personalize my experience down to the color scheme in the background. The turnaround time was quick but the quality of the art was what had blown me away. The original pictures I had provided her with were almost identical copies. I was kept up to date on the progress of the order and given a tracking number as soon as it was sent off. She was able to accurately portray my dog’s personality in the form of art and that is something that you cannot put a price on. Ellie was such a pleasure to do business with!! Not only is she beyond talented, she has a good soul and it’s so apparent through her work. She sent examples of other drawings, progress pictures of mine and helped pick which colors would look best for the dog. Ellie was open to suggestions and made sure I was 100% happy with the piece!
